    June - Onboarding:  Initial meetings with Superintendents from participating school districts

    July - Onboarding:   Set up whole staff meetings with each school district; Met with school boards from participating school districts

    August - Onboarding:  Attended in-service and met with staff of each school district; plan for stakeholder engagement; plan for landscape analysis 

    September - See the Current State:  Pilot Steering Committee Launch held at ESC 15 and districts attend Learning Labs at ESC 20 and Lytle ISD; set schedule for stakeholder engagement, surveys and landscape analysis in each district

    October - See the Current State: In districts completing Landscape analysis and Survey of Stakeholders; coach through the process

    November - Envisioned Student Experience:  Provide Landscape Analysis findings to Superintendent; Landscape Analysis to steering committee; begin drafting envisioned student experience and portrait of a graduate; focus on EDF to identify initiatives and needs; coach through the process

    December - Envisioned Student Experience & Portrait of a Graduate:  Provide Landscape Analysis findings to Steering Committee and Steering Committee begins to form the Profile of a Graduate and Envisioned Student Experience. Present to School Boards alongside the Superintendent; focus on EDF to identify initiatives and needs, coach through the process

    January - Set Goals and Priorities around Envisioned Student Experience:  Begin work on Strategic Plan; draft student outcome Goals; engage stakeholders on Strategic Plan; discuss year two of grant, coach through the process; mid-winter presentation with districts

    February - Set Goals and Priorities around Envisioned Student Experience:  Continue work on Strategic Plan; align resources and systems to Strategic Plan; create measurement plan; create implementation plan; discuss and plan for year two of grant, coach through the process; rural schools conference presentation with districts; attend virtual spotlights on best practices of like size schools

    March - Align Systems: Finalize strategic plan document; align resources and systems to strategic Plan; create a measurement plan; create an implementation plan; plan for year two of grant, coach through the process 

    April - Execute and Performance Manage:  Align resources and systems to strategic plan; create a measurement plan; create and implementation plan; coach through the process; identify new TSL districts for year two

    May - Execute and Performance Manage:  Align resources and systems to a strategic plan; create a measurement plan; create an implementation plan; finalize year two participants and begin introductions to the work
