CHILD FIND is the ongoing process of locating students with disabilities.

Education Service Center Region 15 coordinates efforts with local school districts and related agencies to assist in the identification of students with disabilities for either special education services or accommodations under Section 504 according to the procedures established by the Commissioner of Education and the Texas Education Agency.
