TEA RULE §231.271 for Career Development, Grades 9-12 reads:The school district is responsible for ensuring that each teacher assigned to Career Preparation I, Career Preparation II, or Extended Career Preparation, Grades 9-12, has completed appropriate training in state and federal requirements regarding work-based learning and safety.
