Region 15 provides specialized programs and workshops to support you in your daily work. Regardless of where you are in your leadership journey, we offer training and support that will deepen your skills and enhance your growth as an administrator.
AEL (Advancing Educational Leadership)
This 3-day training is required for all administrators before evaluating teachers. It is a co-requisite with T-TESS and is offered one time in-person in the summer. Contact Robin Graves for more information.
T-TESS (Texas Evaluation and Support System) for Administrators

Aspiring Administrators Academy
Region 15LEAs have many strong classroom teachers who are aspiring to become part of the campus administrative teams. To create a strong leadership pipeline and meet the diverse needs of our districts, Region 15 ESC will provide an Aspiring Administrators Academy. Throughout the school year, participants will engage in quarterly professional learning sessions facilitated by the school leadership specialists. NEW PRINCIPAL INDUCTION PROGRAM
This mentoring program is for new campus principals and assistant principals. Included in the program is mentoring with one of our school leadership specialists. The mentor will spend three days on campus during the school year shadowing the new administrator. Immediate coaching and feedback will be provided throughout each day and the specialist is available for consultation by phone or through email during the school year. PRINCIPALS' RETREAT
Our family-friendly annual retreat is typically held during the fourth week of June in Fredericksburg at the beautiful Inn on Baron's Creek. We start with a social networking on Monday evening. Tuesday is a full day of learning with recognized consultants. We conclude Wednesday morning with collaborative meetings for administrators at all levels. IMPACT COACHING
This two-day training is a new companion training for T-TESS and T-PESS appraisers. Participants will learn and apply specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS and T-PESS observation cycles or any conversation about teaching and learning.

LEADERSHIP COACHING
